Another training tip is to leave your seat at home or simply open the quick release and drop the saddle all the way. By doing this for one hour a week your quads will get a no-rest workout and it hones your "feel" for the bike. Remember, when spinning out on a steep hill, itīs your technique, not your legs, that is giving out.
